    Abstract :

This Paper Presents An AI-Powered Virtual Assistant For Government Services Designed To Improve The Accessibility, Efficiency, And Quality Of Public Service Delivery. The Main Objective Of This Project Is To Provide Citizens With Quick, Accurate, And Personalized Assistance By Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) And Natural Language Processing (NLP). As Government Services Continue To Expand Digitally, Many Citizens Find It Difficult To Navigate Government Websites, Understand Eligibility Criteria, And Access The Appropriate Services. This Often Results In Delays, Confusion, And Increased Workload For Government Support Centers. To Address These Challenges, The Proposed System Provides An Intelligent Virtual Assistant That Interacts With Users Through Natural Language Conversations. It Understands User Queries, Provides Information About Government Schemes, Application Procedures, Required Documents, And Public Services, And Guides Users Through The Appropriate Steps. The System Also Supports Multilingual Communication, Enabling Citizens To Interact In Their Preferred Language And Making Government Services More Accessible To A Wider Population.
