    Abstract :

    Digital Lending Platforms Have Transformed The Modern Financial System By Enabling Faster, Technology-driven, And Customer-centric Loan Processing Services. With The Rapid Adoption Of Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech Integration, And Mobile-based Financial Services, Digital Lending Has Become One Of The Fastest-growing Segments In The Banking And Financial Industry. This Study Focuses On Analysing Digital Lending Platforms And Risk Management Practices With Special Reference To HDFC Bank, One Of India’s Leading Private Sector Banks. The Project Examines The Operational Structure Of Digital Lending Systems, Customer Adoption Trends, Technology Integration, Credit Appraisal Mechanisms, And Risk Management Frameworks Adopted By HDFC Bank. The Study Also Evaluates Recent Trends Between 2023–2025, Including AI-based Credit Assessment, Fintech Partnerships, Cybersecurity Risks, Digital Fraud Prevention, Automated Underwriting Systems, And Regulatory Compliance Related To Digital Lending Operations. Primary Data Has Been Collected Through Discussions With Banking Professionals, Digital Banking Users, And Finance Employees. Secondary Data Has Been Obtained From HDFC Bank Annual Reports, RBI Publications, Banking Journals, Financial Websites, And Fintech Industry Reports.
