This Research Project, Titled "Employee Benefits Optimization At Heritage Foods," Focuses On Evaluating The Effectiveness Of Current Employee Benefit Programs And Identifying Strategic Enhancements To Align Them With Contemporary Workforce Expectations. As A Prominent Leader In The Dairy And Retail Sector, Heritage Foods Operates In An Industry With Diverse Workforce Demographics, Ranging From Corporate Professionals To Frontline Supply Chain Staff. The Primary Objective Of This Study Is To Analyze The Gap Between Existing Benefit Offerings— Including Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, Wellness Initiatives, And Flexible Work Arrangements— And The Actual Needs Of The Employees.The Research Methodology Adopts A Descriptive Research Design, Utilizing A Sample Size Of 100 Employees Across Various Departments. Primary Data Was Collected Through Structured Questionnaires And Informal Interviews, While Secondary Data Was Sourced From Company Annual Reports, HR Policy Manuals, And Industry Benchmarks From 2023– 2025. |
