    The Contemporary Business Landscape Is Increasingly Defined By Digital Transformation, Where The Traditional Administrative Functions Of Human Resources Are Being Reimagined Through Automation. This Research Project, Titled Payroll Automation Impact, Investigates The Transition From Legacy Manual Payroll Systems To Automated Solutions Within Inkonsul Technologies, A Leading Provider Of Innovative IT And Consulting Services.The Primary Objective Of This Study Is To Evaluate How Payroll Automation Influences The Core HR Metrics Of Operational Efficiency, Data Accuracy, And Compliance Management. In An Era Where Human Error In Financial Disbursement Can Lead To Significant Legal Liabilities And Employee Dissatisfaction, Inkonsul Technologies Serves As A Critical Case Study For Understanding The Strategic Advantages Of Streamlining The Hire-to-Retire Cycle. The Research Methodology Employs A Descriptive And Analytical Approach, Utilizing A Sample Size Of 100 Employees Across Various Departments. Primary Data Was Collected Through Structured Questionnaires And Focused Interviews With The HR And Finance Departments, While Secondary Data Was Sourced From Company Annual Reports, HR Policy Manuals, And Industry White Papers (2023– 2025).
