Abstract :E-banking Has Transformed The Banking Industry By Providing Customers With Convenient, Fast, And Cost-effective Financial Services Through Digital Platforms Such As Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, And Online Payment Systems. However, The Increasing Dependence On Digital Banking Has Also Exposed Financial Institutions And Customers To Various Risks, Including Cyberattacks, Phishing, Identity Theft, Data Breaches, Malware, System Failures, And Fraud. This Study Aims To Analyze The Major Risks Associated With E-banking, Evaluate Their Impact On Banking Operations And Customer Trust, And Examine The Effectiveness Of Existing Security Measures And Risk Management Practices. The Research Is Based On Both Primary And Secondary Data To Understand Customer Awareness, Perceptions, And Experiences Regarding E-banking Risks. The Findings Indicate That While Customers Appreciate The Convenience And Accessibility Of E-banking Services, Concerns About Security, Privacy, And Financial Fraud Remain Significant Challenges. The Study Concludes That Strengthening Cybersecurity Infrastructure, Implementing Advanced Authentication Mechanisms, Enhancing Customer Awareness, And Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Are Essential For Minimizing Risks And Promoting The Safe And Sustainable Growth Of E-banking Services. |
