Abstract :The Contemporary Business Landscape Is Characterized By Volatility And A Relentless Drive For Efficiency, Placing Human Resource Management (HRM) At The Core Of Organizational Sustainability. This Project, Titled A Comprehensive Study On HR Audit Practices At S&P Global Capital IQ, Investigates The Systematic Evaluation Of HR Policies, Procedures, And Documentation To Align Human Capital Strategies With Overarching Corporate Objectives. In An Information-heavy Industry Like Financial Data Services, The Efficacy Of HR Functions—ranging From Recruitment And Performance Management To Legal Compliance And Employee Retention—directly Impacts Competitive Advantage. The Primary Objective Of This Research Is To Analyze The Existing HR Audit Framework At Capital IQ And Evaluate Its Effectiveness In Identifying Gaps Between Planned HR Goals And Actual Performance. The Study Adopts A Descriptive Research Design, Utilizing Both Primary And Secondary Data. Primary Data Was Gathered Through Structured Questionnaires And Interviews With HR Professionals And Department Heads At The Hyderabad Facility, While Secondary Data Was Sourced From Annual Reports, Internal HR Manuals, And Industry Benchmarks From The 2023–2025 Fiscal Period. |
