Abstract :The Success Of A Contemporary Technology-driven Organization Is No Longer Solely Dependent On Its Infrastructure Or Capital, But Rather On The Agility And Performance Of Its Human Capital. This Research Project, Titled A Study On 360-Degree Performance Analysis At Ytterium Info Technologies, Focuses On Evaluating The Effectiveness Of A Multi-source Feedback Mechanism Within A Fast-paced IT Environment. While Traditional Performance Appraisals Often Suffer From Halo Effects Or Recency Bias Due To Their Topdown Nature, The 360-degree Feedback System Integrates Perspectives From Supervisors, Peers, Subordinates, And Self-evaluations To Provide A Holistic View Of An Employees Competencies. The Primary Objective Of This Study Is To Analyze How Ytterium Info Technologies Utilizes This Comprehensive Appraisal System To Identify Skill Gaps, Enhance Employee Engagement, And Foster A Culture Of Continuous Professional Development. The Research Investigates Whether The Feedback Received From Multiple Stakeholders Leads To Higher Levels Of Selfawareness And Performance Improvement Compared To Conventional Methods. The Methodology Adopted For This Study Is A Descriptive Research Design. Primary Data Was Collected Through A Structured Questionnaire Administered To A Sample Of 100 Employees Across Various Departments Of Ytterium Info Technologies. Secondary Data Was Sourced From Company HR Manuals, Academic Journals, And Industry Reports From The 2023–2025 Period To Reflect Current Trends In The IT Sector. |
