    Abstract :

    The Rapid Advancement Of Artificial Intelligence (AI) And Internet Of Things (IoT) Technologies Has Enabled The Development Of Intelligent Healthcare Systems For Continuous Patient Monitoring. This Paper Presents An AIdriven Smart Health Monitoring System Designed To Track Vital Health Parameters Such As Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Body Temperature, And Oxygen Saturation In Real Time. Unlike Traditional Healthcare Systems That Rely On Periodic Hospital Visits And Manual Supervision, The Proposed System Provides Automated And Continuous Monitoring Of Patient Health Conditions. The System Utilizes Machine Learning Algorithms To Analyze Collected Physiological Data And Predict Potential Health Risks By Classifying Patient Conditions As Either Normal Or Critical. The Implementation Is Carried Out Using Python, Flask Framework For Web-based Interaction, And SQLite For Efficient Data Storage And Management. The Developed System Enables Real-time Data Visualization And Remote Accessibility Through A User-friendly Web Interface. The Proposed Approach Significantly Enhances Early Disease Detection, Reduces The Need For Frequent Hospital Visits, And Supports Timely Medical Intervention. This System Is Particularly Beneficial For Elderly Patients And Individuals Requiring Continuous Health Supervision, Thereby Contributing To Improved Healthcare Efficiency And Patient Outcomes.
