NANOMATERIALS FOR ENERGY STORAGE AND CONVERSIONID: 1686 Abstract :The Constantly Growing Energy Consumption In The World And The Dire Necessity To Shift Towards Sustainable Energy Systems Have Stimulated The Intensive Study Of Advanced Energy Storage And Conversion Materials. Nanomaterials And Their Exceptional Physicochemical Properties Hold The Promise Of Improving Performance Of Batteries, Supercapacitors, Fuel Cells And Solar Cells. This Article Will Discuss Recent Progress In The Synthesis, Structural Manipulation, And Prospective Use Of Nanomaterials Including Carbon-based Nanostructures, Metal Oxides, Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) And Perovskites. It Is Stressed How The Nanoscale Effects Such As Large Surface Area, Adjustable Band Gaps, Or Better Ion/electron Transportation Can Result In Energy Efficiency And Device Performance That Is Enhanced. In Addition, Issues Like Stability, Scalability, And Environmental Impact Are Mentioned And Possible Future Directions.
